What video do I need to run Movie Maker

I cannot run Movie Maker in Vista Beta2, even though I have a fairly capable (laptop) video chip. It is not capable of the Vista "glass" effect, but works fine in XP editing video. Yet I get the message that my card either doesn't have hardware acceleration (it does and is listed as accelerated) or isn't powerful enough. What do you need to run DVD Maker and Movie Maker?
I think it is pathethic that MS can't let you run the app, even though it might run better with a faster video card.
Thanks for the help!

Vista is subject to the capabilities of the video driver you have installed. Many are simply not Vista-aware or are flaky beta drivers. Go to the video card manufacturer's website to see if they have updated drivers for your Vista build.

Hardware acceleration is not yet enabled on beta2... have to wait for RC1.
